Brief Bio:
In 2013, I began working in the helping field before becoming a therapist. I began in this field working at a child advocacy center as a family advocate and forensic interviewer. I have a passion for helping those in need and giving them space to have a voice and to be valued for being their true self.
Since 2015, when I started seeing individuals for therapy during my internship, I have helped people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum, grief and loss, relationship issues (including infertility and infidelity), ADHD, and self-worth. I previously served as the Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor for a domestic violence shelter where I co-lead their first group for survivors of Intimate Partner Sexual Violence. I have extensive experience working with domestic violence and sexual assault survivors.
I often help individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and find meaning and clarity in their life and relationships. My goal is to help you find authentic change and to help you better understand your true self.
